Once your order is confirmed, we take care of the rest. In-stock styles without embroidery usually ship within 2 business days, while pre-order or out-of-stock items require 14–20 business days for production.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If the items are in stock, we can process and ship them within 48 hours. For larger orders that require additional production, please allow 15–20 days of processing time. If embroidery is requested, it will take an additional 3–5 days.
Once your order is shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on the destination.

How do I place a group or corporate order?
Simply contact our customer service team and provide the products, sizes, and quantities you need. It’s helpful to include product links or SKUs from the product pages to expedite your request.
Our team will prepare an order draft invoice for your review and approval. Once payment is completed via invoice email, your order will be processed. If you have a specific delivery date, please inform us in advance.
For embroidery requests, please provide your logo image file so we can create a draft design for your approval before production.
If an item is shown as in stock on the website, can it be ordered for a group or corporate purchase?
