This is perfect for outdoor workouts on colder days. Its not too thick and heavy so you can move freely if you are doing more dynamic full body movements but it truly does keep you warm. I ordered up a size to have room to layer underneath if I wanted to and its so good! The thumb holes are comfy as well

Warm but not too warm.
High quality and extremely well made. Very warm so if your not wanting warmth not the shirt for you. I live in central Illinois where winter's are rough. I'm an avid walker and this does the trick love the neck

My favorite running top for cold weather running. Love the feeling of the garment and the lining. The functionality of the built in neck gator/buff works very well. Comfortable thumb holes in sleeves. True to size. (I ordered up 1 size so I could layer if needed. Color same as photo. The only thing that is missing and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it lacks a watch hole on the arm. I want to see my watch on long runs to make sure I am keeping my pace.
