This item is really pretty.

I am 5 feet tall and weigh 103 pounds. The leggings part of this garment is a little long, but it doesnt matter because its so tapered that it doesnt interfere with my ballet slippers. I take dance class in this and its like I have a tutu attached to my leggings. I absolutely love the material. Its not too thick and whereas I dont use the pocket while Im in class I do use it to carry my cell phone and my keys when I am walking to my class. I havent washed it yet, but when I do, it will not be in hot water and I will hang them up to dry.
